DAVOCO LLC,

A service disabled American veteran owned small business ( SDAVOSB )  was started in October 2006, by Mr. Glenn T. Welsh a Service Disabled American Veteran,. Other Members of the LLC are Mr. Charles Green, Leonard Popyack Jr. Phd, and Mr. Richard Stephens.

Mr. London Welsh, is our Chief Operating Officer. He has more than 18 years of experience in the IT field, previously holding executive positions in some of the worlds most successful IT reseller corporations.

Mr. Glenn Welsh served in the United States Air Force from 1965 through 1969. He then entered Civil Service, retiring in 2003, with more than 30 years of service, from the Air Force Research Laboratory, Information Directorate, in  Rome New York. His vision at that time was to find a way to ‘give back’ to those that had given so much to their country. The result is DAVOCO. When asked why he would pursue a business venture at 60 years old, he answered; “Because I have other ideas to pursue when I turn 70!”  The main DAVOCO office is located in Watertown NY, situated within Jefferson County N.Y., a HUB Zone. The company is therefore not only a Service Disabled Veteran company, but is also situated within a HUB Zone.

 DAVOCO LLC has a commitment to helping Service Disabled Veterans secure jobs and opportunities within the company. In addition, DAVOCO plans to hire the spouses of Active Duty and Active Reserve Military, presently serving the U.S. armed forces, in overseas locations, thus providing the additional income needed to maintain a higher standard of living, and help insure that sufficient income is afforded the family, thereby preserving the family’s financial strength. The DAVOCO vision is to “Give back to our country and to those that have and still continue to serve.”
